At the waterfront in Norris Point near the Bonne Bay Marine Station and Cat Stop Pub you can take the Burnt Hill Walking Trail, which offers an beautiful community views as far as Neddie’s Harbour over the 2.5 KM route.
As you begin or conclude the walk you will see fishing rooms, wharves and small boats. In the Spring and Summer there is activity around the waterfront. There’s boat tours of the bay and a water taxi that takes you to Woody Point. In the past the ferries were the connection to the rest of the province until the road came through in the late 60’s.
When in Norris Point take in the trails, visit the attractions and enjoy the beauty that is Gros Morne National Park.
