If you and/or someone you know is a crafter, please take five minutes and fill out the attached survey.  It will help us identify new opportunities and jobs in our region.  I have attached the Crafters Survey (Click – Regional Crafters Survey 2011) for those wishing to print and fax back to me or there is also the option of filling out the same survey online via Survey Monkey.
