I’ve been to Lobster Head Lighthouse before, but didn’t realize that this driftwood structure existed.
From the parking lot walk toward the lighthouse and then take the right along the path through the forest. It will fork and give you an option of taking the stairs to the beach. You will want to go down the stairs and walk toward your right and you will see the Fort and also some fishing premises a little further along.
Enjoy the sites and surroundings and if you have time explore all around Lobster Cove Head in Rocky Harbour. It’s a natural gem and great walking for all ages.
